  • Where is the conference?

    SOLIDUS CONF 7 will take place entirely online. The best part is there's no travel required, and pants are optional! Stay tuned for more details about how to access the event.

  • What does the full conference price include?

    Your ticket includes digital access to the conference, and a swag "care package" mailed directly to your door.

  • Will the talks be recorded?

    Yes! Most of the talks (subject to speaker permission) will be recorded and can be viewed later on.

  • What’s the cancellation/refund policy?

    We don’t offer refunds but you can transfer the ticket to a colleague or friend. Any ticket transfers must be made at least 24 hours before the event starts.

  • I'm a student. Are there any discounted tickets? If yes, how can I get it?

    Of course! We’ll have a certain number of $1 tickets to give out as well. Reach out to [email protected]

  • Who's organizing the conference?

    For SOLIDUS CONF 7, Thomas Sample is the lead organizer; he is the Principal Software Engineer & Founder at Karma Creative. Michela Frecchiami also deserves very special mention for her role as designer, developer, and so much more; she is currently a Graphic & Web Designer at Nebulab. And of course, a special thanks to all our sponsors.

  • Where can I find a map? Where should I go?

    There will be an in-game map as well as something sent to you in advance of the conference. Look around the rest of the website for more information. -- We suggest starting out by walking into the main hall where you'll see everyone waiting for the first keynote.

  • When is the conference?

    SOLIDUS CONF 7 is opening its portal from Thursday, January 27th at 9am ET until Friday, January 28th at 11pm ET.

  • Are people 'going out' for lunch or for drinks/dinner after the conference each day?

    We will do everything we can to encourage virtual lunches, drinks, and dinners for attendees of the conference. If you're interested in making lunch plans and nothing more formalized has been announced, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] and we'll make sure to pair you with one of our small groups.

  • What are the system requirements to attend the event on Gather.town?

    Gather can be used on any computer (laptop or desktop), on any OS (Windows, Mac OS, Linux), using one of the supported web browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). The Safari experience is currently in beta. You can also access Gather on your mobile device or tablet; however, the mobile-responsive experience is in development. Use a desktop browser for the best experience!
